The Conference Manager, APPA and NZPF will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events. It is strongly recommended that delegates have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses.
The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering and sponsorship. Data obtained will remain the property of APPA, NZPF and The Conference Manager.
Intention to Photograph and Record
Attendees are advised that photographs and recordings of presentations may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
The official language of the conference is English.
Smart casual dress is required for all sessions, welcome reception and networking drinks.
The gala dinner dress is semi formal/ after 5 with a focus on our theme "black and white with a touch of green and gold".
Your name badge must be worn at all times, as it is your entry to all sessions and functions.
Registration and accommodation cancellations must be in writing to the conference organiser.
Conference Registration cancellations received on or before Friday 21 May 2021 will receive a full refund of the registration cost less $50.00 handling fee.
Conference registration cancellations received between Saturday 22 May 2021 and Friday 18 June 2021 receive a 50% refund of the registration cost.
No refund will be given for cancellations received after Friday 18 June 2021 (full payment will be required, non-payment does not constitute cancellation or cancel contractual obligations).
Registration may be transferred to another staff member, please email email@example.com for details and cancellations.
Due to insurance regulations, registrations may NOT be shared, each delegate must have an individual registration under their own name.
Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of one nights accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will require full payment.
